EDIT:
unless that line flows real free...i don't think it could account for the amount of water i had

I had this happen to me. I was blaming previous passengers for the puddle on the floor behind me. Lol. Then I saw that my trunk was all wet. I thought it was the trunk's weather strip and changed it out, but it still kept leaking when it rained. Then someone pointed out to me that I need to re-seal my rear windshield liner because its pried up a little. Dunno how that happened to me, but its worth looking at. Btw, anyone need another weather strip/trunk liner? I have an extra one how much do the blue carpets go for online @ subaru? I need one bad.

I might need another weather strip/trunk liner because the one I have is getting worn out, and my trunk is starting to rust so I'm getting that checked out after the cruise

when your car is parked is it level? or is your passenger side higher, because it’s on a slope? i know sometime water will seep in.

Ooh.. Mine is on a slope. But where does it seep in from? Found my problem already though. But if there's anywhere else, I'd like to know

This problem could be caused by a blocked air conditioner drain. Many people with 2005 Legacies in humid areas experienced similar problems. The condensation backs up and leaks into the cabin on the passenger side of the car.
