By throwing all of that on your car and then driving it hard enough to hit boost cut in high load gears you have probably already caused enough damage to your block that no amount of tuning will completely fix your detonated motor. Not to mention it sounds like you have done it repeatedly. It's kind of like kicking a cement wall with slippers on, saying ouch ( that's the code your throwing, car saying ouch ) and then continuing to kick the wall. Do it enough and you WILL break your toes.
What can you do to fix it?
Put the car in a garage and DO NOT DRIVE IT until you tune it, and then start saving for a new shortblock. Can't believe it worked well enough to even go WOT without rescaling your injectors... You were probably running retardedly rich.
Anyway, hopefully you didn't completely ******* your car by not researching what would be involved in modding it. Good luck to you.

No a tune will not fix a cars problem, fixing the problem will. You could have the code disabled with a tune a guess, but that doesn't help the problem. But by god if you don't have a tune running those mods I would be surprised if the car didn't throw all kinds of CEL's.
This guy is 100% wrong. Getting a tune will fix all of the problems except the permanent engine damage you probably incurred by foolishly driving your vehicle as you did.
