My girlfriend waitresses/bartends at a night club that is 18+. It's frequently mostly by locals (read: Asians).

She won't be able to slip you any alcoholic drinks (the liquor commission is getting VERY strict recently) but I'm sure she'd be happy to give you really good service.

hey now!

you guys gotta take them to the beach right next to the Waikiki aquarium and then looking for "chicks" at either the Waianae or Wahiawa Cornet!.

OMFG Reg, that was not right. Esp that beach right next to the aquarium thing...hahahaha. How about the Hula Bar and Lei Stand? ....that was too much.

Some are collared shirt, some are collarless shirt/sweater okay. All are long pants (jeans ok) and covered shoes. Usually no sportswear apparel or hats (for men).

Make sure you have your ID and it's in good condition too. Local bouncers are pretty strict because a lot of tourists try to get away with stuff...
