Hi Hawaii guys. My girlfriend and I are headed to the islands to visit family on Kauai. I am a poor college student so I am trying to save money in every way possible. One day I came up with this idea. I thought that I would just ask my Subie family for help. So too my question, I was wondering if there is any one on Kauai that has a beater that we could borrow for about 9 days, I am more than willing to pay, and am insured. If you guys could PM me or reply here. We will be there from March 23rd to April 1st. So if you could help out another subie owner I would be more than great full.

If I had a beater, I'd let you borrow one. I live on Kauai right now and it's pretty damned beautiful. Do yourself a favor and visit Kokee. It's one mountain you won't regret.

thanks guys for the feed back. Sneezer do you have a friend that would have a beater 2 21 year olds could drive? we are more than willing to pay for our use, maybe an oil change too.
