I would go with Maxwell Power Services in Washington personally.

 

Totally 100% agree with using MPS. Dom is nothing but awesome and a straight up guy about the whole process. He doesn't beat around the bush for the goals of your motor. They also have a process in place that allows you to go up there and help/build the motor yourself if you want that sort of experience. Good guys. North of Seattle for location. So west coast prices for shipping the engine back here to hawaii.
