Usually every year we meet up and go down to Magic Island, like was said, last year we met at Keehi Lagoon Park, and went down there. THe PROBLEM with what we did last year was that we left the park too late, .... so it was already Very crowded by the time we got to Magic Island, ... and I expect the same or even more cars this year, .... so we'll just need to leave earlier.

Also, we Always cruise around pretty much the entire island after we drop off the toys at Kapiolani Park.
And hopefully we will get a police escort this year, ... it just wasn't as fun last year without it.

 

how about we do like a BBQ like the DSM guys did last year at by ********'s Hat?

 

we usually stop at Roundtable Pizza in Kailua, but that doesn't have to happen, ... and we also cruise to Haleiwa and such, then BBQ somewhere, ....... but whatevers everybody wants to do ...

Just returned from TDY and all. I will be on the Big Island until Saturday night but will be back on the rock for Sundays cruise. Keep the board in touch with meeting place and times. I'm looking forward to this. Sounds like a great time. Later all.

So who is leading this up and does anyone have any additional details.

 

If we hear no word from Joey about this, most likely I'm gonna try organize something for HIIC. If its too late to gather anything for Nov 31, we could do something another day before the end of the year involving us like an annual group meet and bbq or something like that. We haven't really done a group official get together for a while and I don't mind organizing one. Who knows, if I can get enough support for it, I might even raffle out the new Craftsman 2ton aluminum racing jack

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome idea, John. Roundtable was cool, but it seemed sorta hard to meet everyone...easier to just hang with those I already knew. A bbq would facilitate moving around and meeting and greeting.

I hope I can make it.

Just a thought......I can get us a discount on Papa Johns, I just need to know about how many pizzas/people ahead of time, that way we don't need to lug around a bunch of grills, coal, etc

I have a friend that wants to join the cruise, but has no place. He drives a BMW and like he was wondering if he could join.
