Hey what wedding are you going to? Haha, my wife and I are going to our friend Jeremy Kinsey's wedding that night too.

Sorry Josh!!! Exams are coming up and gotta prep up!!
So its the same as last year...
Meetup: Keehi Lagoon
Time:9am or earlier if you guys like...
Concerns: So I know some of you ride real low on your subie's. If you guys want to meet somewhere else to avoid the keehi lagoon speed bumps, by all means its no problem but it'd be great to mingle with the other clubs like the Corvette club, Porsche club, VW of hawaii club, Mustang club, etc. etc.
Whoever wants to meet elsewhere other than keehi Lagoon because of the speedbumps, just discuss it amongst yourself since IDK where else to suggest.

what we did in the past couple of years is that we all met at CORP at around 0800 and we cruised to Keehi Lagoon at around 0900 to meet up with the other car clubs. From there, they have a small pre-rollout meeting and we started rolling out at around 1030. but by the time the last cars left the 2 parking lots, it was already around 1130. then we get to Kaneohe Marine Corps Base via H3 at around 1230ish (by the time you get to the Hangar parking lot). From there, the Marines are very well organized in collecting the toys and directing traffic to the parking area to avoid congestion. If it was the same as last year, there will be live entertainment, a short program, cheap food, and a huge 600+ car show.
I would say like around 1300, you should be able to leave if you have to go somewhere else. This event is not like our AUW where it is the whole day. If at all possible, we want to rollout as a group from start to finish, but you don't have to stay. This is one of those charity events that we support and it is a very good showing of support to our community if we can be visible to these events. We can't control the other car clubs from doing cannonball runs on the H3, but we can surely show them that HIIC is a more responsible group. I'm sure we are making an impact.

Just curious if you guys plan on meeting anywhere before the cruise? I have a wedding that day, so can't attend the Keehi Lagoon meet up and cruise. But, if you guys wanna meet up at Corp again at 8:00am to cruise down together, I can drop off the toys there. Meet up at Corp @ 8:00am?
