It'll be nice to see if all participating parties could wear any suby related clothing. Also Ted and I were talking and wanted to keep the pack rolling together to kmcb instead of seperating like last year.

We just want to make sure that we are all in the same page:
HIIC pre-cruise meetup: 8AM Central Oahu Regional Park in Waipio
Rollout: 0830 - please be there early or you will be left behind.
- The reason why we are leaving early is that parking in the Keehi Lagoon park is very limited and with 300+ cars expected, we don't want to be there last.
- Below is the post at FH straight from the organizers of this event. Please make sure that you read it. We will be rolling out as a group from Keehi.
From the park:Right on Lagoon, go straight across Nimitz towards Salt Lake, Exit to Moanalua Freeway (towards Aiea), stay on your right lane and take H3 freeway exit. This will take us all the way to the KMCB. Please adhere to speed limits.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meeting Place: Keehi Lagoon Park.
Meeting Time: 10:30am
Departure Time: 11:30am
Meet from 1030am and park
Flyers to get on base passed out to club representatives at 1115am
Leave park in groups from 1130am
Drive in any route to Kaneohe Marine Air base
Arrive anytime from 1130am to 3pm
Show the event flyer to get in but have license, registration ready (not needed to show gate individually)
Once on base drive carefully- there are speed limit rules.
Follow the cars or map to Parking area after dropping off your toy donation (pick up raffle ticket in exchange for donation).
Park anywhere but in car groups if you can
Bring your own tents and chairs for shade
Show and shine car show informal
Bring raffle items sponsored by your club- give donations to Kokomo (Toys for tots organizer) at the parking area at the end.
Enjoy music and food booths until 3pm.
---------
Meet-up Place: Ke'ehi Lagoon by the Airport map http://hawaii.kulshan.com/Hawaii/Hon...goon+Beach.htm
When: 9:00am
Parking is going to be tight so show up early!
Pick up military passes for the Toy drop off on Base from the event organizer before we leave in waves by clubs from 1130am. Drive any way you want and arrive at the base with passes after 12 noon. Show your pass but have your ID, registration, insurance ready but it's likely you will be waved on by if you arrive in clubs. About 250 to 300+ cars are expected. You will be given a map of where to go at the gate and head over to Hanger 1.
The marines will have-
Large area for parking- you can find a place and park by club
Free music by the Marine band
Food/drinks for sale made by Marine staff/community service volunteers
Clothes and souvenirs for sale supporting our troops.
We will have a Car show and shine- show off your rides. Last show off for the year (No HIN?)
Maybe a raffle for all those who drop off a toy- pick up a ticket in exchange for your donation.
No shade so bring a tent or canopy since we may be outside of Hanger 1.
Stay at Hangar 1 until 3pm then the event ends.
You are free to drop off the toys and go your own way but you can't just drive around on base.
You are responsible for watching all the speed limits and laws getting to the base and while on the base.
This is a completely volunteer and low budget event that benefits the kids.
Thanks for any support you can provide.

With that many cars, it's likely that someone would pull off some shenanigans. Additionally, there will be much traffic because of shopping.
We all should be careful and give some distance between cars. Especially when we don't know if it's going to rain hard.
Damn, I haven't even got a chance ot wash my car yet. :/

this is not our event per se, but we are a participating car club among numerous other car clubs. so we won't have any control of the other clubs/individuals who will do their own thing. with my previous experience from the past TFT event, someof these guys will be going for it.
btw, make sure that you have your camera's and videos. i think we will have a great photo op once we get to the base with the other "supercars"...
