Talking Tonights HRP Results...

Looks like I gotta change my info again......
Another best ET: 12.747 @107.10mph ... yeehaaa! was hoping for a 12.6 or a 12.5? But I'll take this one for now, still cant shift good! Side note: congrats to Raudi - he now holds the quickest ET and MPH for the AWD 4/6cylinder class according to xhift magazine braggin rights - with his S4 runnin 12.57 @ 110.2mph, he wouldve beaten that time but couldnt hook up off the line on his best MPH run of 113+mph! Heres what my timeslip looks like:
60ft - 1.701
1/8ET - 8.098
1/8MPH - 87.54
1/4ET - 12.747
1/4MPH - 107.10
I had my best mph earlier when I ran 12.802 @ 107.63mph, also ran a 12.86@106.13mph. Raudi and I ran heads up, he beat me 2 wins to 1!

Congrats to both of you. I was just curious, didn't Chibby run a quicker time?

I backed up my 14.1 second run tonight. Chee hoo!

Xhift magazine only knows what we tell them. Believe me, those who care don't need to know what they print in order to know the pecking order.

CONGRATS, REGGIE!!!! Damn, dude.

I think I get chance ....a slim one, to beat Westons 12.61@106 run once I get things figured out - driving wise. My brother ran a 12.77 @ 105.xxmph, my best mph is currently 107.63, so if I can just get everything dialed in....who knows? Im still getting accustomed to the added power and noise.

Remember, 'the Christmas Story' when Ralph wanted that BB gun so bad. "You'll put your eye out, kid." Well, I was Ralphie, too, and MY BB gun was Weston as well.

Also, just to note. While everyone on here who knows Wes has the ultimate respect for him. I know them all, and I can easily state that I've heard each and every one state very kind, respectful things about him. However.....everyone on here knows that Wes is and always will be the quickest EJ205 Impreza. Nothing will change that. On the other hand, there is this guy named Chibby Goku who should be your goal. He's currently over in Iraq where he can't defend his record time, that the older guys on here all know about. (Click here)

Anyhow, I'm 2 transmissions and a leaky piston later.....

I just found out about him recently...looked him up, hes got a mean setup...a 2.5 sti engine w/ WRX heads, GT-30 turbo, FMIC, ACT clutch/flywheel and a bunch of other stuff....pretty impressive I must admit. What year is his car/model....if its a WRX then its quite a bit lighter than the STi, also does he have a 5 or 6 speed? Anyway, for a stock motor/turbo/intercooler setup with just a few bolt ons and a piggyback...I aint doin to shabby though. I probably wont upgrade the STi to the next level till I get my little VW Scirocco back to life - hopefully running in the 12s or better, Im thinkin bout turbochargin it w/ a stand alone ECU.....gotta start saving up some $$$$!!!

If weight and transmission are an issue, I ran my best with my wagon weighing in a 3407tw/o me sitting in it and a full tank of gas. That was a full 200lbs heavier than a WRX. I've ran 13 even with a 6mt weighing in a 3450.

thanks Pat..

Joe, stop spending your money. I thought you weren't going to modify the STi.
