ticket for exhaust

AGAIN

pulled over on the same street as last time

running Helix titanium.

showed the officer 50 state legal documents, AND the court document that showed I got my first noise ticket dismissed.

STILL got the ticket.

watch out around waikiki folks.

i also might possibly be testing waters soon for this catback. peace!

-Peter

My co-worker got pulled over this morning for loud exhaust in his 240sx--and it's fully stock! Cop wouldn't hear it, and he got tagged.

hmm...

This is why I asked Ryan to mod my Cobb to fit my APS system...now, I have a pretty quiet, stock looking system...don't have to push in the clutch and coast by the police anymore...

Why do they go on these senseless rampages? Isn't there a way we can stop this unnecessary ticketing? I guess they figure, if they can't bust us for this, they can sure as hell harass us into submission...I think this is wrong...

Fight it~! You should win with all your legal docs. F**k da popos. They harass us caz these kind (I think it's bullsh!t really) and other traffic tickets are easy $$$. As long as you got the "R." You should be good to go.

they should bug the crazy harley that have no purpose to not have any silencer instead of the turbo cars that actually benefit from those mods...

anyone who doesnt love the rumble of a flat 4 must be a queer...

you could make a complaint against the officer, but it has to be done with in six days from date of the incident, to the police commision... (but be sure of your inocents)...then bring back the judgement to attach it with the complaint.

http://www.honolulupd.org/main/complaint.htm

im sure no officers dont want that complaint in the dockets when it comes to promotion times.

we shouldnt have to be targeted by cops that dont know the law, and make us waste our time to go to court and fight it.

one cop tried to cite me for my rims, and his answer was it wasnt stock.. i tried to reason with him about my rim was one inch over stock, but decided to give me a recon ticket and not deal with it...
