i suggest you not use a heat gun....just throw it in the oven....more even heat....instead of a concentrated heat on spots.....might end up like bobby's first set of lights...with the burned edge....

Im Done.

OK so I didnt Chronic out last night, so I started this afternoon. I got done with my headlights!ETA=2 hours. Instead of clearing it out, I painted the chrome area flat black.. Wanted to leave the orange reflectors off but wanted to stay within safety check boundary as Im coming to that date. Here's a pic of it guys.Hope you like!! Black on White(EBONY on IVORY)=I Like it!!! LOL

Hey Bobby, Im planning on doing so after I get tires for my rims..Is your light pattern for your JDM headlights project light beams inward rather than outward??Got a tip stating JDM headlights that comes with HID i presume have light patterns that project inward than outward. Is this true!!

When I was up in L.A.(Eagle Rock), California, my cousin friend who is part of the So-Cal division of iclub had an STi and he too was running those JDM headlights with the HID's. I questioned him about the headlights and responded that the light beams in the USDM project outwards and the JDM project inwards. To confirm this theory, I spoke to another iclubber of the So-Cal division to confirm this and he said yes. So I just took as a confirmation.

o, i think i know what u mean, like how our light kinda point away from oncomming traffic, yeah its opposite, i even lowered the beam a little on my drivers side so its not annoying to other drivers driving towards me in the other lane.
