I think the downpipe bolts (those ones w/ the springs) are the culprit. You still have the stock midpipe and exhaust right? 2.5" connected to 3" downpipe... where rattling can occur... you have to beefcake it, REALLY beefcake it... check the other bolts too.

Hahaha... I tend to veg out after lunch... motivation to work is at its lowest.

well if those are the culprit then the only other thing that you can do is get kartboy hangers to eliminate unwanted movement of your exhaust

I just think that something isn't tightened enough

Gimme a call if you want some help, since I was the banana under the car. Sorry dude, the midget told me that he was one of your mods. He told me that when you push the mystery button next to your fog lights he grabs on to the bottom of your car and starts running; said its worth another 50 hp.

For real though give me call if you want assistance.

Dano

I agree but my hangers are still stock. Tighten the b!tch out of those bolts and no more rattling.

blake - i think its just the movement of the new downpipe. you may want to invest in some kartboy hangars. i'm having the same problem since i couln't reconnect the first hanger after the downpipe. that damn rattle is annoying.

Ty, when you were under my car...was there any way that the bracket could've worked?

If not, you wanna order hangars with me? I noticed that you can save a little money if you buy 4 or more from Kartboy.

maybe you wanna try aftermarket bolts for the dp to catback connection? just simple bolts with lock nuts or washers should do. you won't have any play but no noise either. i heard a few guys did this already. GL, L8R
