Everyone will throw out this and that idea and it is your job to make sure that it doesn't become too cumbersome for you to handle.
Basic Steps:
1. Get the date
2. Set the itinerary (starting point (usually close to town), 5-6 stops and end point)...allow ample time for lunch at an appropriate place...make sure that all stops can accomodate plenty of cars.
3. Post up a thread and get Greg to sticky it...reserve yourself the first 4 posts on that thread....do it late at night so no one posts into the thread before it is ready.

generally----- toys for tots cruise is scheduled on the last sunday in November (after thanksgiving) we are also invited to join some of the Scion guys on Nov. 12 - they are organizing a meet prior to the real event....
some food for thought on stopping places- make sure we have places that have AMPLE parking- if not it creates cramped situations that sometimes compromise the flow of traffic... in turn attracting law enforcement-
places that have excellent parking are boat harbors, windward mall(makai side)
sandy beach park always has about 30-40 open stalls.. but usually staggered-
i also strongly suggest having 2 designated people to lead and one to take the rear end and "catch" any stragglers.....
aloha from the summit of *-^-Mauna Kea-^-*

The "Catcher" should be one of the WRB guys because they're the easiest to see in traffic.
I'll be Lead Car #2 somewhere in the middle where traffic lights break us up OR if you want I can do my usual and be the Lead Car #1.
