So who's going this Sunday? I'm running in 4th heat. I know Barry will be there. Anyone else????

What time does it start? Can new people run too? I've done it once last year and would like to try again before I leave. Can you post a schedule or something?

If you're a novice. Plan to run in either heat 3 or 4. Just be there around 11am to register and walk the course. I'll be there around then and will be running fun runs!
