Suggestions for dent + paint fender repair

Alright, so I saved up enough cash to fix up what stupid customers do to my car...

Would anyone suggest a good place to fix a dent on the fender that has paint scratched off on it? Also, those who know, I have the STI V2 lip, which unfortunately because of stupid carts is cracked through the sides, anyone with urethane experience recommend I, either, repair the urethane, or, get another one($599). All your suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

PS. I'm back

Welcome back, from the land of WoW!!!

If you work on sundays, park on the street in front of PTC. There is very little chance of a shopping cart hitting your car or a customer giving you a door ding.

Thanks for the input guys. How long did you have to leave your car in their shop? I need someone done fast, with good quality and I know they exist. I'm tempted to just splurge money on getting it repaired at ACME fender.

Damn Brandon, I still have more posts than you.

i say get a new front lip, 599 painted is an okay price, but don't you think its nice to have a new look? well if you like the front lip a lot, then i would opt for the fix, as for doing repairs on the body like that, i would recommend JL auto body, they do superb work.
