Suby seems a little weak...Any suggestions?

So recently my rex has seemed just a little weak. I took off my TMIC and checked all my hoses and such and the only problem i can visually see is my y-pipe hose is a little beat up where the clamp tightens on the turbo side. I dont hear any leaks (not saying there arent any) just wondering if anyone has some quick ideas. I am thinking maybe a plug change is due since i havent since i got it and have no idea when she got her last one.(worked on my 05 Aerio). Just looking for suggestions from the experts (ya'll) on what i should look for.

(its either that or i am just to used to the powa and want more.

You can start by getting a compression test done

I have a compression tester you may borrow, boost leak tester I'm sure someone has. You can make one out of PVC from Home Depot if you would like, its ezpz.

I would recommend changing the spark plugs, and if everything checks out well, maybe throw some seafoam through it for kicks.
