Stirring the Hornets nest

I have been asked by the VP of Schuman Mark Oshiro to return to work. I presented him with all my issues with certain people that work there and I feel I just stirred a Hornets nest of trouble.
Any advice right now would be good.
Should I return or should I not.

I know that I consider you one of the better salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Schuman took a great loss with you leaving, and I know that other potential Subaru owners here in Hawaii would appreciate having you there. This is just my perspective. I don't have to work there day in and day out. I don't have to deal with the moral/spiritual toll of being told to sell cars at the highest possible price to people who may or may not be able to afford them.... Tough choice.

If you where there and someone else was gone, I'd come in today and buy a 04 RS for Rebecca right now.

But unless there are changes to that place, they will not see my bussiness.

Show the VP this web site, oh and I have something he may want to hear.

like what mitch said. we aren't the ones that have to work there and deal with those people. i personally don't know what was going on between you and the people there but if you go back they will most likely still be there. and with all this stirring now there still might be more problems. then again from the one time i met you and from what i hear you are a really cool guy. you are good at selling cars and working with people and when it comes time for me to ditch my RS to upgrade you will be seeing me if you decide to stay at schuman.

You were a great person to work with Jeff. Schuman Waipahu loses a good salesman without you.

With that being said however, automotive is a CRAPPY business to be in where everyone stabs eachother in the back and talks smack. It's hard to have friends at work.

That sucks.

I make literally HALF of what I used to in the tech. field compared to what I did in automotive but I'd *NEVER* go back.

Food for thought. What price my happiness?

What the?

Are you drunk? Why would you post something like this? Are you the virgin Mary? You are perfect? Quit acting like a jackalope. Seriously, you've shown your true colors. Give my WRX shirt to Ed, or not, your call.

Have a nice life! I guess you didn't go high enough up the food chain with your case. Mr. Schuman wasn't very impressed with your performance. Sure you averaged less than three sales per month but you were so "useful" to him. That is if "useful" means to sit around all day and talk about porno flicks and read tuner magazines. Or how about all the times I had to track you down while you let customers hang. Oh, I forgot you were hitting the books to be a flight instructor on his dime.

And don't forget the accident while you were driving your girlfriend around to God only knows where in a company car. You may not like me, I'm not going to loose any sleep over it, but please don't smear Trudy and Dave. She sells four times the vehicle you do and it drives you crazy. I think this might be a little too much to ask from a 32 year old guy who lives at home and is now wrenching at the bike factory.

Chris

Chris Can't you see that Dave is screwing you?

And my girlfriend did buy a car from us, it was suppose to be THAT legacy, to be used for her bussiness get your facts right, The guy was a drunk driver and hit us from the rear. If you think I was joy riding you are wrong.
I have nothing against you, your a nice guy, its just the way you go off the handle with the way you handle things.
YOU DON"T LISTEN! You talk stink about everybody.
As far as living at home I have a Mortgage here I'd like to help ma-and pa out.
The three car sales thing thats my fault, it was by choice.
I am quite angered at the ill-treatment I recived from Dave during the past 1 and half years. Alot of abusive words that would constitute near violent behavior.
Ask the old time sales people around Cutter, they know.
Wrenching at Bikefactory part time is cool it got me through part of my flight school. Its a dead end job and yes I know it.

As far as Trudy crabing sales its happening and yes Dave is the guy that will bring you down if you are not careful.
He is still salty because you took his job.
I know you stand up for him because he moves products.
He intercepts quite a few calls from other sales people and diverts them to his sales team mainly Trudy.
I have no ill feelings toward her personaly but there was an incedent I did not report for fear of retribution from Dave.
She confronted me about a sale that was split between me and Roddy the decision was made to bump her off.
She confronted me in the back room swearing at me. I apologized to her out of respect she is older then me.
You should hear the things he said about you when you first came.
He used to say I'm not done f***kin with him(Chris) all the time.
The missing keys to that Audi Dave did that.
$1000 replacement. Geeeezzuz.
I'm just tryin to watch your back man.

Oh I forgot you don't listen.
Whats this on my back.....oh its a KNIFE someone stabbed me!

Good day.
