congrats to all new sti owners. i'm jealous as hell and i wish i could get one too but my wrx still keeps a big smile on my face everytime i drive it so no sti for me right now but maybe one day.

hopefully we'll see some of you guys or girls at some track events soon. that's really what the car was meant for anyway!

one more thing, the sti is a beast so to all new awd owners, take the time to learn your car before you go nutz with it. it's easy to get the GOD complex with awd so take it easy. i just don't want to see any wrecked sti's. that would be a crime.

obtw did i say i was JEALOUS!!!!!

Dont really have many more I sorta just took em as I was getting all the paperwork signed and as they were driving them around. The Black is awesome, I dont know what else to say. They were taking it away to a showroom so I had to just snap a quick picture. The gold flake matches the wheels to a T, words dont describe it. You gotta see it in person to get the full effect.

I got Blue with Silver wheels. I ordered Gold wheels, but Im sticking with Silver, I get so many compliments its crazy. Have guys in modded RSXs pulling up giving me shake and thumbs up, people in vettes rolling down windows in traffic asking about it. Its just a magnet for people who have a clue about cars. Would still rather have a Z06, but heck who wouldnt.

No lie. Its completely more wicked than the WRX. I got no ******* (sp?) jumping on the throttle in it, but with the STi all hell breaks loose. Major understeer when Im on the throttle even mildly then major oversteer when not. Something to get used to for sure and my skillz are zero so that doesnt help. Used to RWD and horsepower so this is a different beast all together, but it sure is a kick...

I feel the same. I was completely stuck on the blue/gold and was pretty disappointed (ok no *****ing at me for being disappointed again about something to do with the STi!) that they were shorted the one I wanted, but as I drove it with Silver and took some pics Im sold. Tho I think a blue/gold with gold tint could look pretty cool, but who knows til someone is brave enough to do it.

Still loving the car, took it around the island again today past Diamond Head and up through Kailua, had a nice open road for some reason and its a sorta twisty. There is just no body roll on this car. I have taken turns as fast as I can with the ready-to-burst pregnant wife in the car and it amazed me each time.

Of course I saw a SWEET G35 today. God it was beautiful. Black with dark tint and nice wheels, exhaust sounded nicer than STi as well. Hmm....I bet it has nice stereo and floormats! J/K, but I bet it does.
