And the STi modding/dynoing begins!

Well baselines are done. She's making around 248-250 whp bone stock no water spray. 255 whp with water spray. I'm removing resonator from intake and testing again this morning. We'll try boost controller and Godspeed downpipe later today as well.
Okay took off that intake resonator box. No water spray: 258 whp running less boost. ECU compensated and it went from 15 PSI to 14.4 PSI. Now we're taking off muffler box to see what happens. AF mixtures are darn near perfect. This ECU is VERY smart. Reminds me of the Toyota ECU's. Boost controller to come later.
Took muffler off. Holy loud batman. Made 261.5 with no water spray and 262.5 with water spray. Now we put muffler back on and are putting the boost controller on. Turbo XS HPBC.
I got white and silver. I hate gold. Never understood the gold fascination. I like Bronze though. Well, got 297 ft lbs of torque and 267 whp at the wheels with just a boost controller. Set it to 16.8 PSI. It dies down to 14.5 PSI at redline though. MUCH better boost response though. That turbo seems very small so it will have to go. Next up I'm taking the downpipe off and installing Godspeed unit. Don't think I can hit 300 whp though. 300 ft lbs of torque yes probably. Hoping for 280 whp. I'm never going home.
He's still posting too, bless his heart.

I offered up my Vishnu Turbo back (from the wagon) as a loaner to Dan. So if he takes me up and it fits...

The downpipe is on. I'm throwing on the intercooler, warming it up and running some numbers in a few.
ANTICIPATION... Can this thing go 280whp with bolt-ons?

I know God's dyno reads a "touch" high - but really... This is IMPRESSIVE!

Some one needs to come out with a.....

1) Turbo-back Exhaust

2) ECU reflash or UNICHIP

3) Lighened pully

4) Front Mount I/C w/ sprayer relocator kit ( and a reverse hoodscoop!)

........Fast! I want 300 WHP!!!!!! The good thing is most of this stuff should fit the STi already!

A crazy person would put a 2.8L stroked motor in it with a T-78
