I'm interested
I'm interested. Is this still going to be able to be covered by a Subaru Warranty? I would want to trade in my '03 WRX. Is this being sold by a dealership or what? I can call if you guys are willing to work on the price a little.

A couple of things,
one, I'm glad Schumann is buying us food/drinks at the track, and working with their customers. Two, I have a duty to inform future customers of the perks and downsides of vehicles. That said, I was in the demo car today, and it was fast. Totally different car than my WRX. The car was piloted off the track, so check the undercarriage. The brake pads are almost completely gone. Seriously, this isn't a "demo" car, this is a used car and should be priced as such.

I had the chance to drive it,
but was testing out different tire pressure on my car. Not trying to diss the dealer guys, but there a lot of items not covered under warranty I'd be concerned with.

But we're not going to sell an STi for the Price of a WRX either... he he he...
I think that we need to think in perspective. Lets see... should we sell an STi for the price quoted for a used WRX and depreciate an outstanding car that performs so well that all STi's that are driven in this manner should be worth the same. A WRX.
So how much should we take in WRX trades for now... should we depreciate these vehicles as well. Lets see now RS or TS?
This is an Award winning line.
We just won the WRC again so that we can prove to the world that this car is ...
PERSPECTIVE = ...
What do you folks think... I think that this particular car is a definate winner especially for the idividual that will drive it off the lot.
What do you think Owners of the impreza line? Depriciate or Appreciate? That is the Question.

I appreciate!!!!! i just think that a car that has been bashed like it was at the track day should at least be sold under invoice. Man was that thing pushed to its limits. how many mile are on that thing now any way. Most guys here are thinking ( i know i am) was that car even properly broken in?? i don't know just think this is a bunch BLAH

The STI that won the WRC
wasn't a USDM or 2.5L model. I think the USDM STI is great, much better bang for buck than the WRX, when you consider the brakes, suspension, transmission, etc. But you can't put a lot of miles on a car, wear out a bunch of stuff, and try to get a "demo" price out of it. It's just not ethical. Caveat emptor (let the buyer beware). An STI that's been thrashed should be appropriately priced. How much would YOU pay for it? As for not pricing an STI like a WRX, I agree, provided all things are the same (new car, no miles, perfect condition). But the demo STI is not a demo. It doesn't meet the normal conditions that categorize it as a demo. I got a ride in the STI. Nice. But the two STIs that were in my session were losing ground quickly to my stock turbo WRX with normal street tires. "WRX4ME"
