Reckless driving is no joke....believe me, if you decide to pit your word against the officers and get convicted most likely no jail time, but you'll probably get a deferral...lower punishment, first offense only. Still, you're gonna get drivers ed, about $500 in fines and your insurance is gonna sky-rocket......put it this way insurance wise reckless driving is in the same league as DUI.

I really hate the wording of the reckless driving law.....to much room for opinion/subjectivness on the officers part with to high a consequence to you. You can get a reckless driving ticket for just about anything

well i'm kinda glad mine was wreckless..but speeding consist of the same thing since the cop said i was going "90 in 55" i have no idea how..ahhh
