Some pics of the car
Well here's the pic. For those wondering what happened.....
I was going to work at about 6am. I wanted to get to the right lane so that I didn't have to worry about changing lanes when I get to Pearl Harbor. I checked my rear view...all clear. I put on my right blinker and started to change lanes. The guy in the right lane was about two car lengths behind me, but when I put on my blinker he stepped on his gas so that I couldn't change. So, now I had to switch back to my lane. At the same time, the truck in my lane slammed his brakes. Too late for me, I barely get to touch my brakes before I slam into the back of the truck. We pulled over and no one was hurt.
So here they are:

That is f'd up man...I know what you mean about lane changes. Here in Hawaii, when you put on your signal to get into the lane, it means "speed-up" to the guy whose lane you want to go in. Sometimes "Aloha" is hard to find on our freeways.

Well they did say it was my fault because it is anytime it is a rear end. It's not a total loss they said that the damage is strictly cosmetic. They quoted the damage at $6500, but I just have to pay my deductible. Oh and Jon, sorry but the dampners are already claimed.
