I think they were talking about capping the wholesale price. The individual gas stations could still charge whatever they wanted.

paid 3.09 tonite at the Chevron by the Pearl Harbor NEX. thats for 92. redumbdiculous. ahh well. lets count or blessings shall we? 1) could ALWAYS be worse.... 2) the brits/euros are paying over $6 a gallon by comparison (money/Liters taken into account). so lets not get TOO crazy. it WILL go down eventually, but it will probably still go up for a while. so lets think on these couple of days and remember them, we wont see them again for a while.
