if you can't afford $4k, like me, check out "Going Faster: mastering the art of race driving" written by the skip barber racing school, it was $30 at borders.

yeah, it's a great book! i have it and read it back to back like 3 times now. I find it to be very useful to read, track, read, track, read, track... Some of the stuff I just didn't get it while reading. Then while on the track, the penny dropped!

$4k is a lot, but I am sure it's worth the money, especially after reading the book. that's on top of my to do list.
