Shout to Go Bananas
Hey everybody.
I just want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding kindness and flexibility that GO BANANAS had for me today. I had called them at around 6:20pm~ right when I left to see what time they closed, the employee informed me it was 7pm and I told him I was on my way! A few slow drivers in the way and one-way streets to tackle I had finally made it onto King St at exactly 7pm, extremely bummed out I decided to call the store again. That telephone conversation ended with me being more-happy-than-words as the kind woman told me to "Come on in." after I told her I was about 3 minutes away. Now about 7 minutes and a U-turn later I made my way into the dark store with three smiling employees awaiting my arrival at the counter with my Yakima Loadwarrior sitting there ready to be purchased. I can't believe these guys, after my expressed thank yous and pleasant interaction I can say that I love the staff at GO BANANAS and will return to THAT STORE for any future purchase in which they have the merch or equipment I need.

Good customer service is hard to find and it makes me feel like I have been eating kittens to hear about it.. Also hello from the Bay.
