Short Shift

I've got an 11 STI... Just wondering which short shifters you are running, and which ones you like/dislike.

Also, if anyone would be willing to help install if/when I get one (let me know your preference on beer...)

Thanks,
Matt

if you're concerned about warranty, go w/the SPT one (or something you can replace easy)

i've heard of just added KB spacers/bushings which can help in removing the 'squishy' feel you get in the '11's, I'm looking for something with a shorter stalk and slightly shorter throw - more 'positive' feel... its hard to figure that one out w/o trying the shifter out though

I have cobb and love it cause it's adjustable. Both height and throw. And yes don't skip out on the bushings either. Makes it feel so much more solid.

I don't like the feel of short shifters and I have had both the KB + full bushings setup and the SPT setup. But if you do like short shifters...I recommend calling Turn In Concepts...they can get you the full package and talk you through what you will feel differently.

Just ordered the KB SS + all the TiC bushings as well. Can't wait to get them, because IMO Subaru builds THE WORST feeling (<--Keyword here, "feeling") shifters ever. Okay not ever, but they're pretty bad for my tastes.
