... being a little facetious
so what was the EVo's cost after markup?? $42k??
... so take $42k + roughly $2k in mods = $44k+, and you get a time slip that reads 12.5 and you still have a cheap plastic looking interior
OR ... take that $44k, save about 5k more, and buy a Z06!!!
of course, if someone has the money for either of those cars, .... I hate them. ....... OH, I mean they can probably buy other very tempting, get into jail for free, kinds of cars!!

Heheheh. Anybody that buys an Evo and pays that ridiculous markup is a moron. EVEN if they have the money, that's just insane.
6 months from now when you can get the Evo for $29k though...
P.S. I hate them too.

I just drove the Evo VIII yesterday... The car felt unlike anything I have driven, a very impressive performer. I was going to buy this car if the price was right. I was willing to give them $32000 including fees. They wanted $34000 + fees. The car is $29600 MSRP. They will work a little, but they are still greedy. I was in A silver one on H1 going rfom Pearlridge to Trippler and back on Nimitz, so I was able to get the car up to 100mph on the Highway and do some stoplight runs. Nice car, but I really like the STI. I am thinking of putting a deposit on one, but as of now only 2 are left unspoken for and both are black with gold rims. I want a silver or blue one. If I can't get the STI, I know I will still be happy with a 2004 WRX.........
