thats one thing i don't get with people nowdays. some customers are extremely asses on it because they didn't get what they wanted.
shiv goes by safe power through street gas. if they didn't like shiv's tuning then go to someone else or use another product. i'm sure some other tuners will turn the car to be unsafe yet yielding an "accepting" a power gain.
i'd rather go safe than sorry.

EXACTLY.
I've dealt with customers for a long time - and some people REALLY surprise me.
I wonder if they practice acting like complete ******** in front of the mirror at home?

Oh, yeah.
Richard,
If you know what he's talking about, I don't know what time I am getting off work tomorrow. I was planning on going to IC electronics, I guess off of nimitz; or an electronic place that's vicinity the corner of King and Piikoi.
Voltage Regulator, part #LM1086.
I just bought a battery for the cheap laptop. I'm trying to d/l the instructions manual, but I'm getting some ollllldddd software.

Re: message thread "Attn: 1wrx2nv" on NASIOC Forums:
How sad. I won't be posting a response or opinion in that thread. It's gotten beyond the point of being a discussion. Several different camps have formed, people choosing sides over what should have been a privately-discussed business conversation between Vishnu Performance and 1WRX2NV. I don't want to add fuel to the fire, either over on NASIOC or here on i-Club. Shiv can take care of himself. I don't feel the need to jump on the bandwagon and choose sides.
I've witnessed many times before how things can get twisted and personal and out of hand when it comes to message boards and news groups. I think part of it stems from the whole internet messaging thing as being disconnected from real life. "I can say (type) it, therefore I will say it!" Well, guess what? I can say anything I want, too, but I try to draw the line when it becomes personal. Some of the participants in that thread took people's comments out of context, then criticized them. Fine, let them. It only reflects badly on their part.
I think courtesy and self-restraint are two things that I need to exercise when I'm online. I'm not here to prove how much smarter I am than anyone else (even though I am
). If others follow suit, so much the better.
We all have more important things to do than to start name-calling. Hurtful things said are hard to take back later, when everyone calms down. I have more important things to do, like plan my next car mod: intercooler hose kit!
Thanks, IS2Scooby, for posting the NASIOC thread .url. I think it's important to see how a seemingly harmless message thread can degenerate into a series of personal attacks and partisanship. When it ceases to be fun, that's when I exit these (or any) message boards.

I read through every bit of that.
I will never read OT sorts of stuff again.
What Wingless said and then some. It is just to easy to abuse an open forum. After reading that, I still can't say who's right or wrong, nor do I care.
