Also, this being my first cruise, will the donations just be collected on cruise day?

I think that we should have donation collection points and donation money should be collected at the first pre-roll out meeting. The reason for the collection points are for those that cannot make the morning meeting but want to attend later. this way we can review what was said at the morning meeting and so that those who didn't donate can accordingly.

Are we running a list of names and amounts provided? Is AUW providing us with a receipt of some sort?

we will be setting up an hour early. there will be a small tent where you can register and collect your donations at the CORP. yes, we will be running a tally on the names and funds collected. if you want to be an anonymous donor, pls let us know prior to registration. we will be assigning a contact person responsible for collecting the funds for those that are joining us later. in as far as receipt, and other AUW questions, we will have definite details by tomorrow afternoon...

lol i am sick, but still going to work.... i can stop by at the meet up and donate, but cant cruise its prety hard to get sundays and im new at this job...
