sard bov install. I need help....

I have a 04 wrx and I just purchased a sard R2D2 bov. Its suspose to be a direct install, but the instructions are in japanese. Can someone give me some directions on how to install this bad boy? Thanks.

R2D2?

is this for the STI or did you buy a universal?

if it's for the WRX/STI then the install is straight forward. if not then you'll need to aquire a flange for the WRX/STI intercooler that goes over the stock recirculation valve

- it's amazing how many people own this BOV now

if the BOV is for the WRX/STi..it maybe straight forward...but it's a pain in the ****.

If you have the kit that replaces the y-pipe you need to completely remove the intercooler.
It's not that hard, just alot more time than the bolt on BOV's that go in the stock location.

The Sard is a very nicely made BOV. It's in the same bracket as the HKS SSQV and the Greddy ones.

how much bolts are on the intercooler? I only see two bolts, one on the left and the other on the right.

There are the two bolts that hold the intercooler to the brackets.
Then there are the hoses:
1 from turbo to Y-pipe
2 on the intake to the intercooler
2 on the OEM BOV
And then the small 1/4 (i think) tubing that is attached to the front of the intercooler
