Digital cameras. Nothing fancy. Something small enough to carry around and not be too cumbersome. Say smaller than your hand and will fit and a pocket. Less than $400 pls.

I just recently bought a Sony HandyCam DCR-HC30 it was $489 it is a digital video camera takes video and stills it has 120X digital zoom with the Carl Zeiss lens. It has a 2.5 touch screen. It has night shot and I am sure some other cool features I have only used it a few times works great.

yea the hc30 is a good camcorder, but it takes crappy stills. if you want a good smaller camera thats inexpensive, the cannon 400, 410, 0r 510s aren't bad. the sony T1 is definately small and has a big screen. or you could try the sony p100 or p150. hope this helps. if you need to buy one PM me and i'll get you a good deal. I did notice that the stills are not that great but I have a decent digital still camera and I didn't get the DV camera for stills but for video it is great at least for me..

Howler, come down to Honolulu CompUSA Superstore and look for John in the Digital Cameras department, I'll hook you up with one that you will need, just need you to answer a few questions first.

Thats me btw.

i just picked up a canon sd300 for my mom $343 shipped. it is a small little thing with awesome video capture. the still pictures aren't the sharpest but for its size it is worth it. it is a 4mp camera with 2" screen.
