PSP games at Wal-Mart?

Well I went to wal-mart just now, and I bought need for speed underground rivals for PSP. I thought that it was quite weird that they are selling games before the system is out.

i talked to the sony rep at work and he said that there will be a few games released right before the psp comes out, like a week or so in advance, then one or two the day before it comes out. idk why they are doing it that way but thats what he told me. so be on the lookout for it to come out soon, i hope.

just as advertised, the us games work in the JDM systems. i got NFS and it works perfectly. damn game has nasty downloads though.

hint: get a miata as your first car. the drift competition is hard for me though. i gotta practice.

nasty downloads???

or do you mean loading time is a pain.

Jon

- really the only game I'm waiting for is GT4M but in the mean time I might get NFS. The good thing is that the game prices can go back to normal now..

yeah... I think that GT4M will be really stripped down due to the long *** game play that people with PSP will have to endure...

Also I hope that they will be able to take the licenses (if included in this one) from GT4 onto GT4M so youdon't have to waste all that time again.

they also better be able to import cars between each other... that would be cooL!

you can do it probably via a i-Link cable from the PSP into the PS2 system.

the PSP is awesome as b_drift and I have been saying... there was a guy on this board that was selling a JDM PSP earlier and no one wanted to buy it... he was actually selling it for pretty cheap!

I don't see it happening but I could be possible since they like to push back games release dates due to adding or removing of features within the game...etc.

I think the release of the PSP in the US will be off the hook but since I've already got mine I really don't have to worry about the madness. The only thing I have to compete with now is people buying the games before I do.
