Pat, I got tomorrow off. If you can get me the rest of the parts I'll do what I can in the morning.

I'm working on it. Ralph has graciously offered to see if he can track down the sprocket and maybe the oil line. Hydra air closes at 4 and I'm not going to be able to make it there today. He says that his friends dad might be able to make us one, but he needs the specs for the hose. I gather 10mm and 12mm on each end and the 12mm needs to be an elbow. I believe that the hose size should be "dash 4" whatever that means. When I called FP this morning, they said that the banjo bolt that they sent me is threaded particular to the turbo, so we'll need to use that bolt I guess.

I don't know when I'll be able to get to SG to get the flange, neither. Should be able to tonight.

Lastly, I think I'm gonna have to get a rental car because my wife needs to be able to get around with the baby and the baby seat. So I'll probably be giving Joey his truck back tomorrow or so.

Thanks Mike.

Pat, for the line, ... you will see the size written as '- 4'.

Hydra air can make the line for you, and they will have the fittings. I can tell you're kinda reaching for answers, so tomorrow I will 'try' and get that stuff for you. Work is unbelievably busy right now, ... of course it has to happen this way, huh?

Focus on getting the cam gear and bolt from the junk yard, ... that would be great!

So I take if FP just played it off!!????? Fu<k Heads!!! There is no "minor" bending that needs to be done! That is complete BS!

GoooossssFrrraaaaBaaaaa!!!
anyway, getting a stainless steel line fabed will be the least of our worries.

-4 means 7/32" inside diameter. It's rated at a nominal (imprecise) ID of 1/4".

I was just there for morale support. i wish i could help out. but the best thing i can do is say "my parents have no problems with what you guys do"

I could really care less for the other person that lives next to mike. those bastids have a huge tree that blocks our view. so raise hell.

I don't have tools, but I have a multi-meter. I think that's about the only useful thing I could bring over. Let me know...I'd like to stop by after I can get my **** outta work!

sorry -- not from HI but I just have to comment on this thread. You guys are bada$$ all pulling together to help out. I am envious of the HIIC. I wish I had a community of subaru enthusiasts around me like you guys have. But Damn, that is one really really huge turbo. It dwarfs the VF30, WTF I'd like to see it next to the stocker. Holy crap!!! I wish I was there just to hang out and help out. Looks like a hell of a good time. Anyways, good luck sounds like you're nearing completion. I can't wait to hear how this car runs, especially after some break in and tuning.
