PPG Gearbox.

Has anybody experienced one of these firsthand? These are supposedly the crowned jewel of gearboxes for Subarus.

helical cut gear dog boxes are the shizzle josh!! no clutch required!! these are the strongest gears made that i know of. for track use only, i heard of a guy who ran it on the street and got less than 12K miles. he said it was loud azz Shiet and just attracted too much attention on the road. but his car was in one lap of america and he regularly rallied his car. i got pics of the forrester sti at the car show. but it doesn't mean nuttin next to your ride. bbs golds and some stickers. stock suspension and everything else. it was black. i got pics, when i get some time i'll load em up.

Serious overkill for the street. And I'm all about overkill.
