They're bronze now, but I think they'd look much better gunmetal.

Powder coating is a baked on finish that is highly durable and resistant to chips and chemicals. It's basically muchbetter then paint. However, you are limited to about 70 colors or so and only 10 are actually worth putting on...
As for a gunmetal in the catalogs, I do not recall seeing that color. Hi-tech coatings does have a color catalog for you to look at . And you need to take the wheels to them with NO tires mounted on to them.
