dipyourcar.com can sell you entire kits, with the paint in gallon buckets, and all the equipment needed.
just be warned, though it seems easy to take it off, sometimes its not... cool product though, i dip most of my rims jsut for fun and they last!

I think the difficulty of taking the plastidip depends on the amount of coats you apply to your car/item. So as long as you apply the right amount of coats you will be fine it removing it.

most online retailers will not ship to hawaii. the rare few will only do BIG orders and tack on haz fees. your best bet is the pints local from HD, lowes, ace. even better if you have mil disc. this doesnt help the op tho.
