I'm not going to be working nights anymore so I should be out to more track nights and Thursday night meets.

You guys are pretty lucky out there, here in houston, TX at the track they rip your timeslip in half, you dont even get the whole thing! talk about cheap-skates, also it costs almost twice as much, the cost to race is $15 ($8 to watch) and last friday we only got in 2 runs.. and they dont even call out your time or your number, and the worst part about the whole thing is at the end they have a non-functional scoreboard (HUGE) that is supposed to show you your time and it doesn't even work... Like I said you guys are lucky... and the stands are on the other side so your racing from left to right in the spectator view. that took a little getting used to.

you say we're lucky but our track sucks big hairy ***** with crabs and puss on them.
at least the track up there has grass and doesn't look as run down. even though the big board that displays your time is down at least they have the equipment for it and the track won't be closing down for good in april 2006
