Water Park sounds good to me. Not sure if Joe was wanting "nature" or "Hawaii" scenery, but I think with the amount of people "supposedly" showing up, then parking will become an issue almost anywhere. Hey Jon, what about near Campbell Industrial park, the Harbor area? I know back in the day, we used to hang out down there, but I haven't been there in years, and don't know what the traffic situation will be like in that area.

BTW, I call dibs on the left over shirts if anybody flakes out. There will be no "I'll come grab it later" hahaha. Just kidding.

campbell industrial might be good as long as it's a safe area for our HIIC members as well as Joe and his family.

Anyone want to venture down there and snap a picture to see what it looks like today?

Yup, either way, if we keep it down this side (Kapolei/Ewa/Waipahu), at least there will be a multitude of places to eat afterwards. I think Joe also wanted to grab something to eat afterwards too. En Fuego in Kapolei has some pretty good garlic chicken and local food, and there's a Zippy's wight around the corner too. Just a suggestion. Parking is a little tight in that area, but there's always the old faithful Home Depot parking lot to kick back in.

Jon, what about that area where tourist goes for a diving experience. It right across the power plant after the Ko' Olina Resort exit..

I've never felt like a tourist on this island so I've never gone there unfortunately, You're definitely closer than I am... Go down there and snap a picture so that we can see

I invite everyone to park on my street. I am about 30 seconds from that overpass. You can all come over after. We can make it a pot luck/pupu platter deal. FUN=YES SUNSETS, not so much. Although the overpass does look out towards kapolei, barbers ect. Maybe a good sunset after all. I'll check tonight and let you know. There is NO WAY all the cars are going to be in the pic though. I'll check it tonight if I get home in time.

Only big parking lots I can think of on that side is Pearlridge Sears side, or Aiea Shopping Center parking lot
