probably pushing more towards the west side since that's the side that the sunsets on. I was in that area last night (the ones you mentioned) and the sunset was impossible to see. Also with the amount of people wanting shirts I'm figuring at least 1 car per person so that's a lot of people for town side.
Makaha park is looking good for a west side meet BUT with the amount of cars we have that may be a no go. We could try the water park parking lot since it has a lot of parking.

There's an freeway overpast in Waipahu, 1/4 mile past the Waikele exit heading ewa bound. It would make a great long exposure shot of the freeway below.

The water park sounds pretty cool. There's also a couple spots heading up Makakilo drive that you may be able to get some cool shots in too. Or at least I remember a few years back there was an open "ridge" area that you could kind of have town in the background. What about Ko'olina too? Anywhere in there maybe?
makakilo was another area i was thinking of but came up short on the parking situation.
Water park does sound good though.
Dave,
Joe/SD asked for a SUNSET pictures. He wants to do a photo shot with the HIIC members and requested a sunset shot or scene. We're trying to accommodate him.

I doubt that the koolina people would like 25+ subarus coming through there just to take pictures. There isn't a large parking lot either.

If I hear no objections I'm going to finalize everything and post up the meet/photo shoot for SD.
