Did any of you guys notice that your badges leave a yellow stain or a stain from the adhesive? If so how'd you get rid of it? I'm not sure if it's a problem because my car is white.

Sorry Homie, not to threadjack, but if any of you STi owners got any "STi" badges you want to get rid of, I'm taking donations! I need one for my grill if you don't need it anymore. TIA, Brandon

LOL...
thanks Wes!
I did but didn't find what I wanted. I did use goo gone to remove the badge and to get rid of the residue but there is this yellow stain that didn't go away with claybar...etc. I'm afraid to use the rubbing compound since that can damage my paint if I'm not to careful.
Chucky, any idea on where I can get the 3M stuff at? I'm game since I have to finish waxing my car. I'll also try some cleaner wax to try to remove it.

for real?
****, I was just at that place. Dammit, I guess it's back to Wal-mart and the crazy shoppers
Thanks,
Jon
- My brothers got some stuff he thinks will get rid of it. I'll be trying that first and will try the 3M stuff and maybe the rubbing compound if that doesn't work.

I personally can't recommend Turtle Wax products. To each their own, but I would steer clear of Turtle Wax (just my opinion). I'm not fond of Meguiars either (again my opinion). I'd rather have a hot woman for a night or two than settle for less for more nights, if that makes it more clear. If it's still unclear, we don't see eye to eye. Zymol (basic cleaner wax), Porter Cable 7424 (random speed orbital buffer), quality polishes, wax, and good glaze all make more sense. My ex will be here in a month to visit the kids. Everything has its price.
