Ah, I see. I'm kind of in an interesting situation...
My newaza's not half bad, but my tachiwaza is absolutely horrible. Ex: I could regularly tapout all the yudansha at my old dojo, except for the ones that crosstrained in BJJ; but the only ippon gachi I could score are muscled uranage counters and the one (and ONLY ONE) left-handed oosoto-gari on an ikkyu before
I guess I should head over to the intermediate group huh?
Thanks for info!

oh last thing, if you go, you'll be one of the older students, there are only three who are older than me. I train there cuz my cousin goes, but that Dojo has a very strong program for beginners ages 5 and up. So they have the beginners class which is all little kids, then they have the intermediate class which is little kids who are good, and then the advanced class is high school and up, so if you come, you should probably come to the advanced class cuz there won't be anyone your size to train with. Now that I think about it, I might be looking for another Judo dojo that has older students. I'm 5'7" and 170, and I train with the 6' 180+ people. Anyway, hope that helps

Oh, I get it, so "advanced" would mean really good high schoolers up to adults, right? Cool! Thanks for info! I'm 6', 205 lbs. so I should fit in nicely
