Aiight so i got a new clutch finally.......I'm willing to trade beer and pizza for knowledge and wrench time which will be this thursday if things go right.

also i need to know where i can get my flywheel refaced.....or if someone has a lightweight one i can buy let me know. i also believe i need to pick up a throw out bearing, pilot bearing, and fluid. If you know anything please put your .02Cents in. THANKS!!

the clutch job is not a easy one it will require alot of time and someone will need to be there to help you at all times cause things need to be done frome the top and bottom at the same time if you have access to a lift it will be about a 2 day job at about 8 hrs a piece if you have never done it before. Mario and I did his clutch and flywheel in 8 hrs, only after it took us about 6 days on my sti's clutch so we knew exactly what to do and how to do it. your gonna need access to alot of tools that can help to get the job done. Go to snyders in waipahu to get you flywheel resurfaced it think its only like $50 or so. Check out this link for more help http://home.nycap.rr.com/tmat3/clutch.html

It took me 3 days, once to take it apart and just look at everything and 2 to actually do the swap. I doubt I worked 8 hours straight on mine, maybe more like 5-6 hours each day. Either way, it was my first time on this car but I did have a trans jack that I borrowed. Good luck with it Boobie

do you (brandy) think bobbay needs a lift or is jack stands and a trans jack sufficient. not to sound pessimistic bobby, but it looks like this wont be done in one day...
