Hmmm... I'd say check the alternator. If the car starts but eventually dies after then that means the battery is ok but the alternator may not be. the alternator is what keeps the car running at idle not the battery. if you had a vacuum leak the car would start then immediately die.

well did some trouble shooting. i unplug the MAF censor then tried to start it again, it started up like there was nothing wrong with it, but the thing is that the CEL turned on and also the cruise control was blinking. SCOOBYWHO(charles) volunteered to let me use his MAF to see if mines is broken. IF not then its a garantee Hose leak. but i'll check the hose anyway.

I would try to clean the MAF first before ditching it for a new one.

I was planning on doing it but, i was unsure if it was safe for the sensor. THe Sensor are pretty expensive, so i'll prob do that first. Does anyone know if its safe to Spray the MAF sensor.

K special thanks to SCOOBYWHO(charles) who drove me everywhere and figured out the problem. the problem was that it was the MAF SENSOR and the HKS air filter drop in was worn out, so i got everything changed. and my car runs smoother than ever. thanks to everyone who replied to this thread. i really appreciate it.
