NEED SUPER HELP, info!!!!!
Well i was driving from Pearl City today, waiting till the downpour stop. Then wen i left i kind of gunned it because i wanted to get home. So when i went to shift into 2nd gear my car started to shut down completely. i tried throttling but there was no gas response. I immediately pulled over and turned off the car. went to check the engine bay everything was find. Went to look underneath if there were any leaks but there were no liquid on the floor. I went back into my car and tried to start it again but no luck. The car would start up regularly and the it would gradually die off. Tried to put a little gas when starting it would do the same, just die. Went to unplug the battery for 10min then started again, still no luck. So i jus left it at my friend yard. some engine mods....turbo back exhaust, APV1, HKS bov. what should i do. and any ideas. thanks in advance.

Blew a hose and like BPang said use hair spray to keep the piping sticky so hose don't slip off easily...get it bead rolled if you have the time and is easy/short to take off if you want to go that way.
Lastly, you can buy or pick up some T-Clamps for tighter clamping..Vacuum hoses can be clamped with hose clamps if oem not good enough or have none...zip ties are better than nothing too as some vacuums are small in diameter...

you're gonna have to check them all till you find it. not too bad if you have a tmic. if it's a fmic check the ones on the bottom, those seem to be the more common ones that pop off or split.

if you have TMIC then check the hoses UNDER the intercooler. make sure the hose clamps are secure and that the bolts are on tight (don't over tighten them). also make sure that the throttle body hose and clampS are secured. also since you're there check the hose clamp and hose that secures to the turbo. you WILL need to remove the intercooler to check the hoses under it BTW.
there are 3 hoses that connect to the intercooler. make sure those are connected and the other ends of those hoses are connected

also, there should be a vacuum hose in front of the manifold next to the turbo inlet hose. It has a blue tee on it. make sure everything in that area is connected to it's respectable area. It can be kind of a ***** to get to but check it anyway. if you have a boost gauge... check that the vacuum hose that goes to that is also connected properly.

Well i tried starting my car again. it starts up but like again its just gradually shuts off. but when i start throttling it is unable to hold idle or when i throttle the idle is super low. And when i hold the throttle it would drop all the way and die. i still havn't had time to check all the hoses yet but i jus wanted to give you guys an idea of what goin on.
