Need help diagnosing WRX power issue

****PROBLEM SOLVED****
The CAT in the Up-pipe basically **** itself into the turbo. The turbo was ceased, wouldnt spin at all and was full of chunks of up-pipe. Replaced with a new-used TD04 and put my STi Up-pipe in and it runs like a champ!
Thank you everyone that came out to hang out/help on sunday! Lorenzo, Brian, Justin, Jess, Ian, Antho, and everyone else that was there!

The Cat wasn't clogged, but totally fell apart. Luckily, the screen on the cat that is on the header side was intact, so looks like nothing fell into the headers. The Turbo is destroyed. Luckily we had parts for the car. Don't think we'll need to do the boost test anymore. Thanks for the help at the meet and everything else ****
