^^ this should help with the motor swap.

as for the auto to manual swap you will need the:
tranny (complete)
drive shaft
rear diff
clutch master cylinder
pedal set

i think there is a couple other things too just cant remember at this time.

I am about to start my 03 wrx motor/tranny swap shortly as soon as I get back, I'll let you know how everything turns out.

wiring is fun the one thing to remember about a autoto manual swap isto wire up the key lock solenoid so you can remove your key and you need to connect the 2 wires that no to the starter from the neutral saftey switch lmk if you need any help done the wireing a few times diagrams are easy to find

DSB ...Question on wiring...
does subaru have a real detailed book on wiring? like the pinouts....color of wires...location of connectors...blah blah blah.... kinda like this? the service manuals i bought via ebay ...i looked at the wiring and its kinda bland...shows me where wires goes....but doesnt show me connectors or even pinout for each connector...

this is our ford wiring manuals....makes electrical work a breeze...if so...where can i pick one up for my 06 Sti.
