make sure you use touch up paint to seal the nibbled area so it don't rust. b

I recommend using good quality primer. Mask off the area before you start cutting just to make sure you don't scratch anything, then remask just a little outside the cut area, and generouly spray with the primer. Just be sure to protect everything from overspray.

If it mates to the stock dp you can reuse the gasket since it's a donut gasket and doesn't really compress.

Gotcha...ok then either way Saturday morning we're doing it!

Make sure you or someone else is home on friday because they might give you the run around and make you wait until monday to pick it up if you're not there.

^^^Yeah that's what I'm talking about...I'm getting the fricken squelling (sp) sound at around 3K on boost.

Can't tell if it's hurting performance much but can definitely hear it...mother biotch.

Gonna try tighten everything that has to do with the turbo system and we'll see...I'll even loosen and retighten all my hose clamps.

^^^Banshee.

Hell I hope not it hadn't leaked all this time...I'll tighten the bolts that I can get to.

I dunno what a banshee sounds like...this is more of a whistle.

Wanna take a drive to hear it this thursday night?
