update-jacked the car on all fours(with bobby's jack, cause mine sucked, thanks ), downpipe unbolted, tmic removed, heat shield remove, tmic bracket removed...started at 5pm...
...i wanted to do more but had to pick up gf at UH at 7pm...

now we have the clutch actuator(sp), starter, pitch mount, front axles(i think), and shaft left to remove then on to the removal of the tranny...how fun!!!! correct me if im wrong on any of these crap...

yo rudy........ dude my bad i had to leave so early....... but we ripped that trans out pretty damn quick and it was on the ground(not on a lift!) and it was pouring! thats pretty damn good in a little less than a 2 hour span! good thing that the trans felt out pretty easy(like butter baby!)....... just playin esx344dreams04 <we should invest in a rack..... so we can do clutch, trans, etc. jobs as a side job! just a thought.

dude that sucks man about the clutch..... i thought it looked weird when i saw the pressure plate. well let me know when you get the CORRECT pressure plate.... make sure that the clutch disk is right also. oooo how did it go with the flywheel(resurfacing)? well i am always down to lend a hand so give me a call rudy.

brah you da man, thanks again...really appreciate the help...as for resurfacing, we had to run around/call places that could do it in 1 hr and we found teds auto shop on Mokauea on Dillingham..as for the clutch i have to wait when the parts dept open then i'll let you know and i will probably grab some gaskets and replace the old ones, might as well right....

DAMN RAIN!!! haha...

yup... finished at about 10:00 and they are cleaning up now. i had to leave since my gf works at 12am this morning. they will be taking the car for a test drive in a few minutes.

i am definately glad that i bought the tools and spend the money on the RIGHT tools for the job which took HOURS off of the installation time.

but enough from me... i'll let rudy give the details

Jon
