Car Info: 2004 STi
I'm not sure when it will be done. Godspeed didn't send some of the small gaskets since they reuse a lot of the stock ones and Island dodge does a complete gasket change so a couple reorders had to be done, also this week the mechanics have to go to Oahu for training so more waiting. My tuner arrives next week but I don't think I will have the car done or even near broken in if it does get finished. I kind of expected this since it has always been a waiting game from day one to get the car to Hawaii when the STi first arrieved in the US as well as getting parts etc...
As for the clutch yes, It is a 500 HP street clutch as well as a new lw Flywheel. Next project is Brakes. Damn, does it ever end!!!............................................ .......... One day I will be able to cruise....hopefully........

Cool , when it get's done your car will be quite a beast ! goodluck , hopefully it'll be completed in the next few weeks . I'm already looking around for a block to put in next year , the gruppe-s race blocks look pretty promising at the moment .

Maui guys/gals don't forget that Maui SCCA is having a Solo 2 race on June 25, 2006.

Details at www.mauiscca.org

We are going to have a course similar to Phoenix Intl. Raceway. We've sealed/paved new corners on the track and course may run close to a minute long.

Talking what's going on ?

I haven't heard a peep out of anyone for quite awhile . I'm just wondering what's the 411 info on any gtg's ? I won't be able to use the sti in a few weeks ( I almost have everything in to start the installation , turbo , injectors , walboro . ) I'm just waiting on the tgv's from crawford and Ecu-tek's new easy ecu software to map my ecu off my laptap ( had to bloody buy a new sony vaio laptop , damn this is getting expensive ! ) . Anyway , hopefully something comes up before the installation starts . take care .............

Who's doing the install?

Not too sure about a GTG since the next two weekends I'll be racing in SCCA events both on Oahu and Maui.

I'm thinking a 20G is in my future, but is probably some time down the road.

Mo money mo money mo money, the S in STi is actually a dollar sign $$$$ LOL!!!
I have not heard much either. I'm still breaking in my motor. I have to fly my friend to Maui soon so he can program/tune my car. My Friend Lance is looking into getting an 06 Sti tomorrow, poss. white. I saw that someone bought my clone. I actually thought someone stoll my car for a split second when I seen it in traffic (WHAT THE $%$^@$, Oh....wait....nope).

See ya around !!

I told Lance to give me a call when he gets the car. I agree about the $$$. I'll be on Oahu next weekend and will likely get some stuff from Vakamon. Last Oahu trip in July, I bought a set of race tires. I don't know what I'll be bringing home on this trip.

We need to do another Touge/Mountain run with the STis.
