yes. You use a black base, but the flattening agent is mixed in the clear and sprayed.

some random place in SF. I called around and got other quotes for about $1500. Anyone know where you can buy this stuff, I just want to do the install myself!

this is a failed FLAT BLACK look theres so much wrong with what happened when I wet sand it. Im so **** my friend is going to help fix the scratches.

nah my car paint has always been ****ty so yeh it was no big deal for me, ive been planning to paint it flat black for some time now. I only just now I got the time to do it but I screwed it up wet sanding it with a WAY to low of a grid. so pritty much I mess up my plan. only the hood and trunk came out good everything else rubish.
id give it a D+ but it looks good faraway lol.
im to shame to show the rest of the body.
